I started working as an apprentice dental nurse in 2012 and went on to qualify in both dental radiography and orthodontics, spending the biggest portion of my career immersed in the world of cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, and facial aesthetics. The best part about being a dental nurse was getting involved in surgery and becoming a patient coordinator, where I spent a lot of time talking patients through their treatments, providing oral health care advice and helping them to make big decisions about their smiles.

I left a career in Dentistry behind and fell into the world of entrepreneurship, running a handmade product business for 3 years. By 2023, I decided to put old passions for Dentistry to good use and launched Villain Crystals to test the waters of a service based business instead. Realising that 1-1 services were something I loved doing, I decided to realise an old dream of becoming a Permanent Makeup Artist. Something I had been eyeing up on and off for several years but never thought I would actually do until the closure of my first company.

Now a qualified PMU Artist and Tooth Gem Technician, Villain is focused on providing facial aesthetic enhancements, from fun semi-permanent tooth jewellery, to permanent cosmetic brows and lips.

I built Villain to be a safe, inclusive & non-judgmental space, specifically catering to clients who usually feel out of place or intimidated in a standard beauty environment. Villain is for the outcasts, the societal “bad guys” because in my opinion, Villains always have the sickest aesthetic there is.
